The university will establish a School of Engineering that offers Plastics Engineering at the initial stage. Other engineering programs like Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and management programs would be offered at a later stage.

Applications are invited for faculty positions at all levels-Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. Outstanding candidates in all areas of Plastics Engineering and interdisciplinary disciplines related to Plastics Engineering shall be considered. The School of Engineering is dedicated to building a diverse and dynamic faculty.

Candidates within the industry and research centers, experts in their respective areas with a passion for teaching are invited to apply for regular and adjunct faculty positions.

Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Plastics Engineering or a closely related field and should be committed to excellence in both research and teaching. Plastindia International University will also endeavor to set up Chair Professor Positions sponsored by industry that supports Professors with additional research grants for 5 years. The initial team of faculty has the opportunity to undergo a training at the Plastics Engineering Department of UMass Lowell for Academic, Research and Extension Services that shall begin in the coming year.
