PLASTINDIA International University has set up two schools, School of Engineering and School of Management. The two schools include some of the top-rated Bachelors and Masters Programs in the country. The need of such courses is to nurture engineers with knowledge of Plastics which has been felt by the industries across the globe. The two Schools share one contiguous campus with collaboration and integration of knowledge of distinct disciplines. The School of Engineering has been working to innovate and to create important technologies which can transform the existing trends of Plastics, Chemical and Mechanical Industries. It has established three exclusive departments, offering various Bachelors and Masters Programs:-Plastics, Chemical and Mechanical Engineering.

It owns 31 laboratories, some owned and maintained exclusively by the department and few common, maintained by the school.

The department of Plastics Engineering offers two full time Programs in Plastics Engineering: B.E. and M.E. in Plastics Engineering. The two programs are devised in eight and four semesters respectively with laboratory aided curriculums. The department has developed five fully furnished laboratories with modern technological tools and equipment

The department of Chemical Engineering offers two full time Bachelors and Masters programs ; B.E. and M.E. in Chemical Engineering. The B.E. is a four year full time Bachelors degree program. The Masters program, M.E. in Chemical Engineering is devised in four semesters over the span of two years. The department owns twelve laboratories under the support and assistance of various industries with fully furnished tools and equipment.

The department of Mechanical Engineering offers two full time Bachelors and Masters programs ; B.E. and M.E. in Mechanical Engineering. The B.E program is divided into eight semesters over the span of four years. The Masters program M.E. , offers four semesters over the span of two years. Both the programs are codified with the curriculum with practical subjects being taught at laboratories. The department owns well equipped four libraries.

The School of Management offers two year full-time MBA program to any graduate. The program aims to cater to human capital requirements of national and multinational corporations, investment and banking houses, public sector undertakings, regulatory authorities, international organizations and more. The course offers three specializations: HR, Finance and Marketing. It also offers internships to students to get practical exposure in industrial sectors.

Plastics Engineering Department

About the Department :

Department of Plastics Engineering has been established with the objective of promoting the education in the field of Plastics Industry. The aim is to nurture students to identify, understand and deal with factors that promote development of industry.

The department with the help of various funding agencies carries out in-depth research on various issues.
It vows to develop high level of intellectual abilities in Plastics Engineering, technology and management.

This program offers professional training designed at Masters level to provide opportunities, to study more advances theories and practices in Plastics and polymeric materials, designs and processing.

The two year full time masters program in Plastics Engineering is offered to graduates, to explore the depth of the subject It is divided in four semesters to provide in depth knowledge of Chemistry, Polymer and Engineering Science.

Laboratories:

The Bachelors and Masters programs are combined with hands-on laboratory practices with relevance to the industry. The focus is on the theories taught in the curriculums. We do take constant feedback from industry and other internationally established universities which enable us to stay on the cutting edge of manufacturing and design technologies.

Chemical Engineering Department

About the Department :

Chemical Engineering is all about transformation of raw materials into final products that are used in regular life. It deals with addition, alteration and modification of physical, chemical or biochemical state of substance for creation of novel processes and products to satisfy the needs of society.

The department undertakes research projects under the assistance and support of external funding agencies. Our motto is to grow intellectuality, giving overall education from the perspective of wide range of industries.

The department of Mechanical Engineering is established with the aim of inculcating technical ability & creativity Mechanical engineers are required in almost all kinds of industries.
